Returns / Warranty

Return/warranty policy, please read the instructions very carefully. If you don’t follow the instructions than its possible we can’t process your return or warranty. 

– Return Policy

Products must be reported within the 14 days notice after you received the product at your home.You will need to send an email (info@sonority-audio.nl) with your ordernumber, name and adress including the products you want to send back.

After that you will receive a return form once its processed (24-48 hours)

Note again, You always have to send us first an email that you want to return the products. This is the registration date whether we can see if your request is within the 14 days of delivery at your door. If we receive a product as return that is not reported by email first or exceeds this 14 days period, we wont accept the return. In case the return meets the requirements, refund is done within 2 weeks.

– Warranty – Repair

In case you purchased a product on this website and there is a defect you will need to send an email (info@sonority-audio.nl) with a description of your problem.  If we cant resolve the problem than we need to get the product back for inspection and you will get a repair form.
